Michael Douglas honorary degree

The University of St Andrews regrets that due to space restrictions within the Younger Hall, St Andrews, it is not possible to accommodate all media who have requested accreditation for the presentation of an Honorary Degree to actor Michael Douglas on June 21st 2006.

Accordingly, in the interests of fairness, the University has arranged for a pool to provide stills and broadcast footage of the ceremony and the post ceremony photocall.

Pictures and words will be available from the Press Association and broadcast footage from STV Dundee (Tel 01224 848845).
