F. W. de Klerk lecture
Former South African President F. W. De Klerk is to give a public lecture at the University of St Andrews.
The event, which will take place in Lecture Theatre A of the Physical Sciences Building, North Haugh, St Andrews at 5pm on Thursday 22 February 2001, is being organised by the International Politics Association.
De Klerk, who ended decades of apartheid, will talk for approximately one hour.
