During the afternoon graduation ceremony, the University’s Principal and Vice-Chancellor Dr Brian Lang was awarded an honorary degree (Doctor of Laws) alongside Bridget McConnell (Doctor of Literature).

They are pictured immediately after the ceremony with their respective spouses Jack and Tari.
