Summer interns take over social media
Working to preserve rainforests in Borneo to marine biology research and deep water diving in Mallorca to working at the United Nations in New York; these are just some of the exciting opportunities University of St Andrews students have been involved in as our #SaintsAbroad summer interns.
This summer, our students are taking part in a variety of internships abroad as part of their studies and sharing these via social media in a series of Instagram takeovers. Internships provide invaluable experience and help students secure the career they want. This is their opportunity to apply and develop knowledge gained from our world-leading teaching and research in practical, real-world situations.
The summer intern Instagram takeovers are a first in a series of our student led social media giving a glimpse into the life of St Andrews students; from internships to Orientation week, to taking part in the Edinburgh International Fringe to student life in St Andrews.
